Everytime someone sees 305AWHP on a Mustang, they snicker. I used to as well, until I saw a stock Viper put down 367RWHP on the same dyno on the same day. I think either inertial or loaded in the right hands can get you the results you want. As long as you eliminate the element of tire slippage, all it really boils down to is a baseline, a change to the vehicle, then a final result. The only people who care about peak RWHP are dyno queens, which rank about as high as "time attack street cars" and "street drifters" in my book.
